This notice covers enquiries submitted through kaxxis.dev. KAXXIS uses the name, email address, project details and indicative budget you provide to review your enquiry and discuss a possible project with you.
What we store
Your enquiry is stored privately in this website’s WordPress database and is available to authorised site administrators. A copy is sent through Resend to our administrator’s Gmail inbox so we can respond. Resend and our email provider process that copy to deliver and manage the correspondence. Please only include information needed to describe your project. Do not send passwords, sensitive personal information or confidential customer records.
Hosting and security
The site uses an Ubuntu server and Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. These services may process connection information such as IP addresses and technical request data. WordPress uses necessary cookies for administrator login. We have not added advertising trackers or analytics to this theme.
Your choices
The enquiry form asks for your agreement to store your submission and respond. We do not add you to a marketing list. You can ask to access, correct or delete your enquiry, or withdraw your agreement to further contact, using the project form and selecting “Something else”. Include the email address used for your original enquiry so we can verify the request.
Enquiries are kept while we assess and discuss the proposed work. If a project proceeds, any further arrangements for handling project data will be agreed separately. This notice was updated on 11 October 2026.
